Dr. Mike McFadden has a Bachelor's of Science in Zoology and a Minor in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University, where he was also a member of Phi Kappa Phi. Dr. McFadden received his Doctor of Dental Science Degree from the University of Oregon, where he graduated in the top of his class with cum laude honors. Dr. McFadden went on to earn an Master's of Science Degree and his Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics from Loma Linda University, the institution that is recognized as one of the top orthodontic programs in the country. Additionally, Dr. McFadden completed a one-year general dental residency at Veteran’s Hospital in La Jolla, California, where he studied anesthesia and oral surgery, as well as ear, nose, and throat medicine.
 
Dr. McFadden is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Arizona Orthodontic Association.  
 
Raised in Sedona, Dr. McFadden returned to the area he calls home, Northern Arizona, to make a difference in the community—one smile at a time. He has two wonderful children: Cameron and Caitlyn. Dr. McFadden enjoys mountain biking, running, scale modeling, and airbrushing. Dr. McFadden is an instructor at Northern Arizona University. He is also a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and Second Chance Center for Animals. He believes in providing excellent orthodontics in a caring and fun atmosphere. His experience and warming smile will get you excited about your new smile!
 
Dr. McFadden has been serving the people of Flagstaff and Page since 1987, and he has successfully treated well over 6,000 patients!

Recently, we celebrated the completion of our new office in Flagstaff! Our new office features state-of-the-art orthodontic equipment, movie entertainment for the whole family, and fresh baked cookies! We invite you to see our new office. Our office is conveniently located in downtown Flagstaff, only minutes from several area schools. We are located at 206 West Hunt Avenue, on the corner of Humphreys Street and Hunt Avenue.

We would be more than happy to assist you in verifying and processing your claim if your insurance plan has orthodontic benefits. Not sure if your plan has orthodontic coverage? No problem. Prior to your initial visit, we ask that you provide us with your information, and we will contact your insurance company to determine your orthodontic benefits. Although orthodontic benefits are verified and claims filed, it is not a guarantee of payment. Please remember that you are financially responsible to our office for all services rendered.
